Viager Europe practices a clear and transparent fee policy. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of the Law for Trust in the Digital Economy, as well as the decree of January 10, 2017, relating to consumer information by professionals involved in a real estate transaction, we publish here the details of our fees.

Free personalized study

Before any sale, we systematically carry out a free personalized study with no obligation. This study includes the valuation of your property, the calculation of the optimal bouquet and life annuity (rente viagère) according to the Daubry Schedule, and a projection of your viager income. No commitment is required at this stage—you remain entirely free to decide.

01When are fees due?
Our fees are only due in the event of a successful sale, upon signing the deed at the notary's office. No charges apply during the preliminary assessment, valuation, listing, or throughout the ad's publication period.
02Who pays the fees: the seller or the buyer?
In line with market practice and legislation, fees are payable by the buyer unless otherwise specified in the sales mandate. Full details are available in our downloadable fee schedule.
03Is the preliminary study truly free of charge?
Yes, absolutely. The valuation of your property, the calculation of the bouquet and life annuity (rente viagère), financial projections, and our initial advice are 100% free and no-obligation. You pay nothing until your property is sold.
04Are fees negotiable?
Our pricing scale is published with full transparency and applies to all our clients based on the property’s nature and value. For luxury properties, our advisors may offer a tailored proposal—contact us to discuss.
