Our founder Alain Daubry created the Barème Viager Daubry, a calculation tool recognized as the most balanced for determining the bouquet and life annuity (rente viagère) amounts. Used by notaries, lawyers, and accountants, this scale is the result of analyzing thousands of real contracts.

Unlike the tax scale, the Daubry Scale incorporates local market prices and gender distinctions in couples. It is regularly updated to reflect life expectancy trends and provide a fair contract for both parties.

If you decide to sell, we determine the bouquet and life annuity (rente viagère) together based on the Daubry Scale, list your property with our network of qualified buyers, negotiate offers, and support you through to the signing at the notary’s office. Afterward, we remain by your side for any questions throughout the life of your viager.
